Returns & Refunds

Eligibility Window: We accept returns of items that are brand new, sealed, and unused within 4 days after the package is marked as delivered.

• You must contact us at sofloscents@gmail.com within 4 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization.
• Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.
• For hygiene and authenticity reasons, any item that has been opened, used, or altered (including broken seals or missing packaging) is not eligible for return.
• If we accept a return request but the item arrives not in compliance with this policy, the return will be rejected and no return shipping label will be provided. You may be responsible for arranging and paying for the item’s return to you.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the item price only.
• Shipping costs, sales tax, and any applicable handling or transaction fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
